With a background in project management, our founder Chris is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations and managing your project.  We provide the utmost attention to each and every project - big and small.  From controlling the time, quality, and cost of construction - to coordinating all parts of the process and working with architects, vendors, engineers and others, R&B Construction is a full service solution for your new construction or home renovation. Our project management includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing a path framework and creating the project's timeline and schedule in the pre-design and planning phase.

• Allocating resources from basic building blocks to tools and manpower, ensuring that we are adhering to the plan and budget.

• Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills to provide leadership to our team and vendors.

• Ensuring that our worksites meet all health and safety requirements.

• Monitoring progress throughout each phase to make sure we are successful with our time and budget.

• Documenting each step and communicating effectively with home / property owners. With a heavy focus on technology, we utilize cloud services to provide daily photos and share files.

• Setting and managing your project budget.
