Our Company
R&B Construction is Cape Cod's premier building and general contractor. Designing a home can be stressful. You have to coordinate with contractors, designers, vendors and local ordinances. With R&B Construction you'll get top-notch design expertise and project management all in one place.
Our mission is to build relationships through communication and trust. We will always deliver as promised, and will be with you from start to finish -- and beyond. We don't abandon you after the two year standard builders warranty, you're stuck with us for the long haul! Whatever you may need, we always keep open line of communication (even if it's just to change an lightbulb - really, just call us!).
Our Founder
R&B Construction is a family-centered company with attention to detail, communication and trust at its core. After being raised in Waltham, MA, my wife and I bought a summer cottage on Cape Cod in 2014. The Cape quickly became our favorite place to be. In 2016, after our first daughter was born, we decided to make Cape Cod our year-round home. Now, after daughter #2 we have settled in North Falmouth, MA and look forward to helping other families build their dream home.

Our Story
Our story is about you. We bring a client-centric approach to each and every project, big and small. Our excellent craftsmanship and work varies in styles based on the tastes and personalities of the individual client.
We are proud to serve the entire Cape Cod and South Shore community. Our craftsmen use the finest quality materials. We work extremely close with many vendors to source premium building materials at affordable prices.
R&B Construction has a heavy focus on technology. We utilize cloud services to provide daily photos and share files with clients so even when remote, you are always aware of what's going on at the construction site in real time.
Our Process
Whether it's building a new home or renovating your current home, we are with you from beginning to end -- and beyond!
BEGINNING
DESIGN
Starting with the design phase, we'll meet with an architect and draw up your architectural plans. We won't finalize these until you are 100% satisfied - even if it means re-drawing to move a window a few inches. Whatever it takes to ensure you're in love with your new project.
BUDGET / FINANCING
We will develop a detailed cost estimate and construction time frame. In addition to an overall budget, we can provide options for upgrades and any added details. You will know exactly what your expenditures are at all times. R&B Construction always provides transparent billing with detailed reporting.
PROGRESS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Before starting R&B Construction, our Founder Chris worked for many years as a Project Manager. This strong skillset helps to ensure the project is run on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Chris is involved in the day-to-day operations and deals directly with clients. He is always just a phone call away!
CONSTRUCTION
Our crew handles foundation framing, exterior, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and finishing. You will never have to deal with any of our vendors or third parties - we manage all of that for you.
END
FINISHING TOUCHES
Once the construction is done, we'll work with you to choose paint colors and manage the painters. Your home will be professionally cleaned, landscaping will be done, and we'll schedule your final walk through.
