Architectural Design
We're with you every step of the way.
As your general contractor, we will refer you to and manage your relationship our preferred architectural design firm. After the initial consultation, the architect will complete a site analysis. Whether building a new home or renovating an existing one, a thorough study will be completed to account for any variables that could impact the design - including sun path, wind patterns and any existing conditions or requirements.
Our initial meetings will determine your specific needs and budget, allowing the sketching process to begin. Our architects will provide you with the highest level of functionality for your space. You'll receive a draft of the site / floor plans and the exterior elevations. Once the initial drafts are approved, conceptual designs are started which will allow for further detail to account for your individual style and taste.
A final description of all aspects of the design including Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire protection systems is provided for a basis for the construction documents. Detailed drawings are prepared, which are then used for pricing and obtaining permits.
